Brough RansomBrough spent 3 years working for Racal Electronics and Cable & Wireless in sales, before joining the Nomura Technology and Healthcare team in 1997, where he was a specialist salesman for three and a half years, achieving a No 1 ranking in Reuters in 2000. He then moved to Merrill Lynch as a Global Healthcare specialist, where he was ranked 5th in 2002. After a short stint as a smaller companies salesman at Durlacher, he moved to ING as a pan European Healthcare specialist.
