Market Making

Nomura Code is a registered marketmaker in over 40 healthcare and cleantech stocks including those of all our corporate clients. This market making list is divided between full listings and those which are listed on AIM.  As a market maker our objective is to provide liquidity in these stocks either directly to our institutional clients or indirectly to private clients via retail brokers.  Where necessary we have the means to commit capital to ensure that our clients are able to execute their orders in our market making stocks at the best possible prices, which is a particularly valuable service in small companies whose shares are less actively traded. As a market maker we are also responsible for maintaining an orderly market in our clients’ shares at all times. Thanks to our relationships with leading institutional and retail brokers we have established a strong, sometimes dominant market making position in the healthcare and cleantech sectors.
