Madeleine Tyler

Madeleine worked at WestLB Panmure for 14 years as personal assistant to the Chairman. During this time she was responsible for all new issue work supporting Corporate Finance in the execution of transactions, including bookbuilding, placing letters and administration through to completion of the transactions. She became secretary to the Life Sciences Group when it was founded by Chris Collins in 1993. Prior to this, Madeleine worked in the corporate finance department at W Greenwell & Co. and was secretary to the Deputy Chairman of The Stock Exchange.
